After Bonnie bought us some new kitchen gadgets I just had to try out my baking skills. Blueberry muffins sounded yummy so here they are! YES, they're from the box! But oh well, they still tasted great!
I've never used silicone baking cups [I've always used paper]. The silicone baking cups are amazing and I totally recommend them. The muffins just fell right out of the cups and didn't break. I love them.
Michael was happy with them AND he shared them with his boss (can you believe he shared...jk)
So we have tacos and blueberry muffins... what's next?
WOW! Love it! Look at that beautiful oven! I find that my silicon muffin cups tend to get sticky and greasy. They are hard to clean. Granted, I throw them in the dishwasher. If you find any cleaning tips, let me know!
ReplyDeleteDo you remember when we had to bake chocolate chip muffins as part of a science project? I think it was for Chemistry? I called you and Dawnelle to tell you that I was working on mine. So you both asked if I could do yours also! Changed the font/ order on the paper and tripled the recipe! LOL
